KGB
Characterized
by deliberate improvisation, this 4-piece group consists of guitar, piano,
bass and drums with all four members sharing vocal duties, especially the
incredible lead vocals of Eric Friedman. KGB has a “green-eyed soul”
sound spackled with funk and blues, and they have recorded a handful of
songs so far as a part of a full length CD that they hope to release in
2008.

John Flor
 “…one
of the most talented singer-songwriters on Long Island” – David Dircks,
Acoustic Long island
John Flor Sisante has assembled a
new band just for Patchogue Jam 2, featuring members of Miles to Dayton,
who will be performing with John on songs from his 2004 debut
The Music of Things
in addition to new compositions from his soon to be released second album
Second Wind
" Sisante's new full-length disc,
"The Music of Things", is a collection of 10 terrific tracks...throughout
the disc, he puts his stamp on each song in surprising, delightful ways.
Sweet ballads contain bitter centers; acoustic guitars are played with
aggression; clever wordplay hides in the lyrics..." - Newsday, June 11
2004
“On
The Music of Things, the young troubadour reflects on the common universal
themes of love and attraction, envy and resignation, the loss of
innocence, and the spiritual malaise experienced by all human beings,
regardless of where they come from. The album, arranged and produced by
John-Flor…showcases a tremendous stylistic range, from folk to indie rock
to Latin.” – CD Baby

This
young duo’s sound features acoustic guitars and vocals that combine
elements of folk and rock into a unique and upbeat style that has resulted
in a growing popularity. They recently recorded a six song extended play

Jessie
Haynes & John Brzoza

Two great Long Island songwriters have
joined forces in one band to bring their music to Patchogue Jam 2!
Jessie Haynes and John Brzoza have been good friends for many a year and
have run open mikes, written songs together & helped each other through
the ups & downs of being 'artists'. They bring their considerable talents
together in one of the premier venues on Long Island and join Patchogue
Jam 2, a showcase of the songwriting and performance talent Long Island
has to offer.
Jessie Haynes toured the world as a
guitarist and background singer for Ritchie Blackmore’s group Blackmore’s
Night, then she returned to Long Island to record her first solo album.
2007 brings life to Jessie's own self recorded & released creation, "The
Secret Life of Cinderella." This 14 track collection is an eclectic
balancing act, mixing acoustic folk and tasty electric guitar work with
lyrical Neopagan undertones.

Jay Scott
Jay’s
musical career brought him from New York City to California and back to
Long Island, where he began to perform and record as a solo artist in
2004. Known for a very unique vocal style, his “groove-inspired
band” backs his blues/soul sound, and “his lyrics and music are truly for
the mind and soul.”
